(ii) Allowing members of the public (“Users”) to view, register for, and participate in those Events.
(a). The App is open to all members of the public who wish to participate in Events.
(b). If you are under 13 years of age, you must obtain parental or guardian consent before using the App or joining any Events.
(c). By registering, you represent that all information provided is accurate, complete, and current.
(a). You may be required to provide certain personal details (e.g., name, phone number, email) for registration or event participation.
(b). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your registration information.
(c). We may refuse or cancel registration if false or misleading information is provided.
(a). Use the App for unlawful, offensive, or misleading purposes.
(b). Attempt to access data or systems without authorization.
(c). Transmit viruses, spam, or malicious code.
(d). Interfere with or disrupt App functionality, servers, or networks.
(e). Use automated systems (e.g., bots, scrapers) to collect data or interact with the App.
(a). Be respectful to events staff, volunteers, and other participants.
(b). Follow safety instructions and refrain from disruptive behavior.
(c). Avoid actions that could endanger yourself or others.
(a). You acknowledge that events may involve physical activities, public gatherings, or outdoor settings.
(b). Participation is at your own risk.
(c). The events and its organizers will take reasonable safety precautions but cannot guarantee a risk-free environment.
(d). We are not liable for any injuries, illnesses, losses, or damages sustained during or as a result of Event participation, except as required by applicable law.
(a). Register you for events.
(b). Send notifications or updates about events you joined.
(c). Improve our App and community engagement.
(a). The App and its services are provided “as is” and “as available.”
(b). We make no warranties regarding availability, accuracy, or reliability.
(c). We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App or participation in Events.
(a). We may reschedule, modify, or cancel Events due to safety, weather, or events activity conflicts.
(b). Notifications will be provided through the App, email, or events notice boards.
(c). We are not liable for inconvenience or loss due to event cancellations.
(a). Technical maintenance,
(b). Security concerns, or
(c). Misuse or violation of events community standards.
(a). These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
(b). Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
